Responsibilities

• Work at Solar Fields in Remote areas and undertake O&M activities of Ecoppia Robotic System
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of robotic systems on site
• Planning and management of O&M of robotic module cleaning systems in solar plants at multiple locations
• Resource planning and allocation to carry out maintenance work of robotic module cleaning systems including all mechanical components, electrical and electronic components at various sites 
• Timely operation of Ecoppia solutions with zero accidents and no cost overruns
• Data collection wr.r.t. operation, generation, and failures from site 
• Adhere to and support company Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Prepare, maintain, and provide a variety of reports/documents for senior level management
• Upkeep and record keeping of equipment across all plants

Requirements

• B. Tech. / B.E./ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Communication Engineering
• 0 to 3 years’ experience at site level, preferably in Solar/Wind Energy, O&M is an advantage
• Awareness of general construction activities – Electrical & mechanical
• Work under limited or no supervision. Independently prioritizing and executing responsibilities
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results 
• Demonstrated strong decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm while taking charge in critical situations
• Good communication skills in English – written and spoken
• Diligence – work with precision and attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure, function as a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and conduct customer-facing communication
• Ability to accept guidance
• High level of integrity and commitment 
• Open to relocate / travel in India and abroad
