Responsibilities
- Work at Solar Fields in Remote areas and undertake O&M activities of Ecoppia Robotic System
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of robotic systems on site
- Planning and management of O&M of robotic module cleaning systems in solar plants at multiple locations
- Resource planning and allocation to carry out maintenance work of robotic module cleaning systems including all mechanical components, electrical and electronic components at various sites
- Timely operation of Ecoppia solutions with zero accidents and no cost overruns
- Data collection wr.r.t. operation, generation, and failures from site
- Adhere to and support company Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Prepare, maintain, and provide a variety of reports/documents for senior level management
- Upkeep and record keeping of equipment across all plants
Requirements
- B. Tech. / B.E./ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Communication Engineering
- 0 to 3 years’ experience at site level, preferably in Solar/Wind Energy, O&M is an advantage
- Awareness of general construction activities – Electrical & mechanical
- Work under limited or no supervision. Independently prioritizing and executing responsibilities
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Demonstrated strong decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm while taking charge in critical situations
- Good communication skills in English – written and spoken
- Diligence – work with precision and attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure, function as a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and conduct customer-facing communication
- Ability to accept guidance
- High level of integrity and commitment
- Open to relocate / travel in India and abroad
